How do I get access?

Choose Explore access options and tell us whether you are a coach, mentor or coaching school. Access is arranged through an invitation or programme; an enquiry does not create an account.

Is live mentoring included?

Live human mentoring is optional, not automatically included with platform access. Mentoring hours, format and fees depend on your separate agreement or programme.

Can I use it with my own mentor or coaching school?

Yes. The platform supports your existing learning relationships rather than replacing them. Access to your materials always depends on the right setup and your sharing choices.

Can I use the app without the website?

Yes. The app brings your Academy, exam preparation, sessions and progress together. Sign in with your Coaching Map account and choose the experience that suits you.

Which languages can I use?

The Coaching Map supports English, Arabic and French.

Is The Bridge part of every Coaching Map account?

No. The Bridge is a separate programme for Meta-Coaches working towards ICF credentials. It combines learning and human mentor coaching and uses The Coaching Map between sessions.

Does session feedback replace a mentor coach?

No. Automated feedback supports reflection and practice. It is not an ICF assessment, a credentialing decision or a replacement for a human mentor coach.
